Amperion Energy

Amperion Energy is a 100% black woman-owned and led renewable energy company that currently does residential and light commercial Solar PV installations under the brand www.sunstore.co.za. The company has completed over 50 projects to date, including a 100kW commercial project designed and fully installed in-house. Amperion Energy is very unique in that it is shareholder (and as co-founder) in a local Lithium-Ion Battery assembly facility based in Fourways - www.i-g3n.co.za - that produces battery units for residential and light commercial applications (and recently moving into larger scale with the implementation of 2 high voltage batteries). Amperion Energy is also a green fields project developer and wholly owns an early-stage 20MW Solar PV project in the Platinum Belt near Marikana.

We develop, implement and commission projects in Solar PV where companies derive savings in operating costs by purchasing a portion of their energy from Amperion Energy, without necessarily putting upfront capital for solar panels and/or batteries. We also design and commission installations to deliver turnkey Solar PV solutions and to we have completed over 50 residential and light commercial solar PV installations.
