Practice management – Handling the entire billing and credit control department for our clients (Healthcare professionals). Billing/Claim capturing and coding Advice – Submissions of private, electronic and paper claims, tracking of claims, following up on all claims and making sure that we bill correctly to minimize unnecessary claim rejections which may result in delayed payments. Credit control and collections – Have process and procedures to collect and perform our duties within the guidelines set out in the code of conducts and medical schemes and make sure the Client’s collections are done efficiently and effectively.
